Hello Arizona: An Art Project (not AI-made) – How It All Started
Over 25 years ago, designer Antonio Larosa, who studied and trained as an architect in Italy, developed a passion for traveling around Arizona and taking photographs of cacti, especially saguaros.
One day, he began adding flags to the images he captured. It was love at first sight. What started as a fun, creative experiment quickly grew into something much bigger. People began requesting the designs for catalogs and websites, and even large American organizations (such as the National Italian American Foundation) asked Antonio to feature his unique and imaginative artwork. More recently, thanks to their originality, the designs have been featured on various Amazon products, including bags, water bottles, and phone accessories. The project originally began under the brand name Ciao Arizona and later evolved into Hello Arizona as well.
Take a look around ths site and explore the collection. Don’t hesitate to treat yourself — or find the perfect gift for your family and friends. Celebrate Arizona in style!
PS: And of course, in more than 25 years of creating the “Flags on Saguaros” art, no saguaros were harmed in the process ;)
